Welcome to BP Stays (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation, staying at our properties, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours, to ensure a clear and enjoyable experience for all parties.

1. Reservations and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.
• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Mews Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
• Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated without prior communication and reasonable cause may result in legal action to recover funds and associated costs.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policies

• Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to additional fees.
• Identification: Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Rate:

• Payment Terms: 50% payment at the time of booking and 50% seven days before arrival.
• Refund Policy: 50% refund of full stay amount up to seven days before arrival.
• Security Deposit: $200 pre-authorization hold one day upon arrival.
